Roberts RP28 transistor radio
The repair and restoration of this radio featured in my most successful YouTube video to date. It has been restored to a high standard and should last many years.
The RP28 has preset stations recalled at the push of the corresponding button which are adjusted with a little trimming tool provided, neatly tucked under the top panel. It is finished in Burgundy leather-cloth with teak sides and sounds great.
It has been fitted with a new Roberts aerial and can be powered by 6x ‘C’ cells or a 9V power supply (negative centre pin) (not supplied). Also included is a copy of the user manual.
